Return Policy

At Lily Harvee Boutique we strive to serve our customers the best way we can. We always check our clothing and accessories for imperfections before we ship them to your door. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make you a happy customer. When you have received your order please look over your items. If there is a defective/missing/incorrect item (within 3 business days) contact customer service at info@shoplilyharvee.com, or feel free to message us on social media.

 

Here is a summary of our return policy:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only. Store credits will be issued in a form of a gift card, or code sent to your residence or email. Unfortunately, we cannot issue cash refunds.
  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the date that we ship out your order.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain unwashed, unworn and tags must be attached.
  • In your package, there will be a return form that must be filled out and included in the returned package.
  • Shipping is non-refundable unless we made a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow us 5-7 business days to process a return.
